Within the Netherlands, the shipping costs per order are €2,50.

Orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. Delivery is made via the PostNL or DHL parcel deliverer.

Delivery time
Within the Netherlands, your order will be offered to you after 1 to 3 working days, between 9:00 and 18:00. You will be kept informed of the delivery via the e-mail address provided.

Payments
You can easily pay for your order with Ideal, Mister Cash or Credit Card. Payments to us are made securely via the Mollie payment system. They guarantee that your transaction will be made safe.
RETURNS
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. It is useful if you inform us in advance if you want to return a product, via info@designspellen.nl.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product (or products). You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to us are for your own expense. The costs of this (within The Netherlands) are approximately 7 euros per package, depending on the carrier you choose. Please refer to your shipping company’s website for the exact rates.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, each product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If you want to make use of this right, you can contact us via info@designspelen.nl. We will then refund the order amount, including shipping costs, within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning. Use the same shipping box or another (cardboard) box and fill all empty space as much as possible.
